How it works

  • Reach out to VSS so we can understand your specific needs

  • VSS will vet and require background checks through the NBI and provide 3 candidates for you to interview and select from. If none of the 3 initial candidates meet your needs we will provide 3 more.

  • Just like any in-person employee you hire, you will provide the virtual employee with training and resources to be successful in their role.

  • The virtual employee will be tracked via virtual time clock for work performed. The hours will be submitted weekly for client to approve and then deducted from account via ACH.

  • VSS will be with you every step of the way to make sure you are satisfied with the work being performed. If a change is needed, we will help fill the position.
